NEI3A serves as the critical entry point for customers to begin the process of navigating available resources through information and assistance as well as more in-depth help through options counseling.

Today’s aging population faces many challenges. Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging, or NEI3A, is dedicated to advocating for older persons and their caregivers, coordinating services to help them remain in their homes and vital members of the communities in which they live. The dedicated employees and volunteers who work each and every day to help bring hot meals and nutrition, case management, information and assistance, evidence-based education, and places to socialize and interact with others have earned NEI3A a strong reputation in the communities we serve and throughout the state.

As the agency embarks on new challenges and a growing need for those needing assistance,   NEI3A will continue to remain focused on providing choices and fulfilling the needs of people we serve, doing what we do best – empowering older individuals to age with dignity and independence.
