Looking for a way to get some exercise while staying safely at home? Join us for Seniors-in-Motion. Seniors-In-Motion is a fun exercise class offered in partnership with the YWCA.
This class offers something for everyone, regardless of their fitness level. Meeting twice a week, Seniors-In-Motion incorporates simple exercises to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance. For seated and standing support and stretching, a chair may be used.
Seniors-in-Motion meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. through Zoom. Anyone interested can email Syd Wille at email@example.com.
